      Setelah 17 tahun silam semenjak Morning Musume dibentuk, akhirnya Tsunku ( sang Produser Morning Musume dan juga keluarga besar Hello! Project ) mengumumkan atas perubahan nama Morning Musume menjadi Morning Musume 14 (dibaca: Morning Musume One Four)

      Dalam blog pribadi yang ditulis Tsunku, ia menulis “Dari lubuk hati saya , saya harus terima kasih banyak untuk selalu mendukung Morning Musume, Dan Hello! Project.” ia juga menuliskan “Tanpa penundaan, saya memiliki informasi mengenai Morning Musume”

      Pergantian nama tersebut akan dimulai dari 1 Januari 2014, “Mulai sekarang , untuk tidak meninggalkan keraguan seperti ” Tentang kapan memiliki lagu ini single “XXX” telah dirilis! ?” tulis Tsunku melalui ameblo miliknya.

      Ia juga mengatakan single ke-55 Morning Musume 14 akan dirilis pada 29 Januari 2014
